Lindsey Zecherle - Lighting, Compositing, and Look Dev Artist

Hi! I’m Lindsey Zecherle, a 3D Lighting and Compositing Artist based in Novato, California. My creative path has zig-zagged in the best way — from theatre to filmmaking to animation — all driven by the same goal: to help shape stories people can’t stop thinking about.

I began in theatre at Indiana University, quickly found my way behind the camera, and eventually traveled to the UK to earn my MA in Filmmaking. Still, I kept feeling that something was missing. It wasn’t until I discovered CG lighting that everything clicked. I came back to California for an MA in Animation & VFX, and
